Maintenance

The highest decision maker in the Student village is the Tenants' Council. The Council consists of the tenants of the Student village and the staff of JYY. The Council meets approximately once a month.

General manager runs the operative side of the Student village. Other members of administration are the technical manager, who is responsible of maintenance; financial manager, who runs the financial office and the special planner, who is in charge of mainly computer systems in the Student village.

The supervisor of the maintenance staff of JYY-Palvelut Ltd. is the technical manager. The cleaners have their own supervisor. The manager of the JYY-Palvelut Ltd. is the general manager.
