There is an inner queue for different types of apartments within the Student village. You can apply for a change of apartment in the Accommodation office. 

Moving from an apartment to another is free of charge, when the reasons are advancing in your studies (the further in your studies you are, the easier it is to get a single room apartment), moving into a family apartment, change in the size of family or for medical reasons. In other cases there is a transfer fee collected.

Please note, that Vehkakuja is not a part of the inner queue. You need to apply to Vehkakuja as any other applicants.
