When you move in to your apartment, check the condition of the apartment carefully and fill in the inspection form. Instructions to fill the form have been given to you when you have signed your lease. If you have not received instructions, ask them from the Accommodation office. Fill the inspection form in the intenet within two weeks of moving in. When you check your apartment as you move in, you won't be held responsible for possible damages already existing in the apartment.

The maintenance men of the JYY-Services Ltd. inspect your apartment when you move out. If there are damages found in the inspection, that you have not reported as you have moved in and that cannot be caused by normal living, the repair costs will be charged from you. The apartment must be cleaned carefully when moving out. In the shared apartments the kitchen, bathroom and the hallway must be cleaned every time even one tenant moves out. If the cleaning has not been performed properly, the cleaners of the JYY-Services Ltd. will clean the apartment and the costs will be charged from the tenant/s.
