DEPOSIT
The deposit must be paid by the due date in the offer. The deposit is the tenants' guarantee that they will take care of their responsibilities and take good care of the apartment. The deposit is 250 € for shared apartments/single room apartments and 500 € for family apartments. If the apartment is in good condition and all responsibilities are taken care of, the deposit will be refunded to the bank account given by the tenant within two months after the lease has ended.
