The students of the University of Jyväskylä can apply for an apartment in the Kortepohja Student village. The first year degree students have a priority for the apartments in September. It is easier to get a room in a shared apartment than a single room apartment. It is useful to keep this in mind, when applying. The family apartments are for couples and families, of which at least one applicant is a student of the University of Jyväskylä.

Guest room service
Kortepohja Student village has a Guest Room service for other than the students of the University of Jyväskylä who need temporary accommodation. Lease is made for a fixed period and can only be made for full months. The last possible staying month is August. Rents are fixed for each year separately.
