All the members of the Student Union of the University of Jyväskylä, JYY,  can apply for an apartment from the Kortepohja Student village. You are a member of JYY, if you have paid the membership fee for the academic year or semester.

From beginning students we require a copy of the letter of admission to the University of Jyväskylä. Please remember to send the copy by post even if you apply for an apartment in the internet! If you have a Finnish social security number, you can use an online application. Otherwise please print a paper application.

The student status for continuing students will be checked for the student registry of the University of Jyväskylä.

The first year degree students have a priority for the apartments in September.

It is easier to get a shared or family apartment. It is useful to keep this in mind, when applying for an apartment. We wish you warmly welcome to apply for an apartment in the Kortepohja Student village!
