Few rooms in shared apartments available. If you interested and haven't yet left an application please contact the Accommodation office.

2 rooms + kitchenette JUST FOR YOU
Do you live in the shared apartment of the building M, N, O or P without a flatmate? Would you want to have the whole apartment to yourself? Now it is possible: just visit us at the Accommodation office and we make a new lease to you (whole apartment: 37,5 square metres, rent 360 € /month). Easy: there is no moving rigmarole, only the new lease and the whole apartment is yours!

STAYING SHARP WHEN PAYING YOUR RENT!
Please note that rents go up in the beginning of March. Each apartment (or, if you are living in a shared apartment, room) has its own reference number which does not change even though the rent rates do. Please remember to use your personal reference number whenever you pay rent!

PARKING
Remember, that the PARKING PERMIT must be visible in your car always. The permit is needed on the parking areas of Taitoniekantie side and behind Rentukka. The parking permit for year 2010 can be collected from the Accommodation office.
